Unsteal’s board of directors are working on effective programs to offer support to the kleptomania community. The money from Unsteal’s trust account keeps all of the money from users who wish to repent and make an act of recompense.  First and foremost, Unsteal is committed to returning 100% of the money to the victim of the theft.  There are fees taken out from the wiring service at this time.  However, when the victim merchant is deceased, out of business, impossible to track down or unwilling to accept funds, Unsteal uses all of these leftover funds for the Sponsor Victims of Theft Program or another act of kleptomania support.  This may include paying for one on one counseling for individuals suffering from kleptomania who can’t afford it.
